If necessary, you may cancel your order after you place it. However, once items have been processed for shipping, they are final and non-refundable, meaning no refunds or exchanges will be provided for any products or services purchased.

Exceptions:
• Damaged Items: Due to the nature of resin, there may be imperfections, such as scratches or scuff marks. These are stated on each listing and priced accordingly. A damaged item is one that arrives leaking liquid or broken to a point where it cannot be used as it was intended.
If you receive a product that is demonstrably defective or damaged upon arrival, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. You will need to provide photo evidence and proof of purchase. Please email MorResin Design if you need assistance.
